I can also talk to my FIL to see if he would be interested in representing us in legal counsel... He usually tries to keep our of my antics but this is more than just me at this point

 

Here’s a Facebook page dedicated to people screwed over by EO. There may be some people on there that cannot recover their money through cc/PayPal.

 

Seems like a lot of people are past the PayPal 180 day mark including Lindsay who allegedly spoke with Derrick personally and made this video update on the Screwed by EO Facebook group confirming that EO is officially closing having racked up over a hundred grand worth of VALID disputes and claims.

As much as I don’t care for the NY AG, she definitely seems to go after business’s and people like this. So if you guys can all file reports hopefully something will happen to him legally even if you all don’t get your money back. Hopefully PayPal and the CC companies reimburse you all, and file charges against them too.

 

A friend of mine who I haven't seen in a while recently started a Gofundme saying she needed to move her and her kids to a new place. I didn't give anything FWIW, but a few months later a mutual and I were catching up, they said "odd they need money for rent but have a 50K Mustang for the summer and a late model Mercedes hmmm"..yeah

 

I'm in the same boat with wheels, tires and suspension. Will be reaching out to NYS as well.

 

Andrew and his wife had a hand in this as well. His wife blames customers for not being patient and they have made some big purchases even today. She claims they just needed a chance. They aren't going to have the money to pay anyone back and they definitely have no remorse. I really hope people can get their money back and that Derrick and Andrew at least feel some remorse.

Did she post something? How did you come to know this? Taylor and Wander Off-road hasn’t been implicated in anything so far.

 

I was discussing this incident a friend who is close with andrew and her, not trying to bash her or him by any means just thought it was interesting how she blamed customers and they didnt seem to care about fixing/addressing the issues. Wander doesnt have anything to do with this besides it is her group and she is married to Andrew. Someone mentioned she posted a month or so ago on her insta story that EO had instock sliders and to hit her up to snag some.

 

That's like saying "big things coming" on your build and then adding raptor lights. Spill the beans if you know something...

Then why post that something is even coming. People are trying to recoup $100k+ over here and you’re trying to play moral games? Morals went out the window when EO scammed these people.

Ive already told everyone what I knew. We also got scammed by them (by not getting paychecks/money owed and more). I will not be telling my husband's story or anyone else's that worked with the company. They will do that in their own time. If you don't like it, well sorry, but it's not my problem. I was just saying to keep an eye out for a story that is coming and it will tell you everything you need to know.

Edit: this is the main reason why most of the workers won't come out and say their side of the story. They feel like they will be attacked for what they had no control over. I have been the one to say stuff because they already knew that I didn't like them and didn't want my husband working with them. I'll probably get shit for this later from my husband for saying anything at all but it needed to be said.

 

Eaaassy bud, morals may have gone out the window for those who drove this ship aground, but for those trying to rectify the problem and helps those affected (i.e. Toyotarunner825 and the information they have already helped bring to light in the early days of this "breaking news") morals remain intact. Everyone knows that EO is done and its time to try to recoup funds...dont attack those who have good intent...and before you ask, yes I have been impacted by EO

 

Need to take about 20% off over over there bud.. Attacking those not having any part in this isn't helping anyone.
