Suspension clunking issue after front shock replacement with video. Help!

    Recently had my front and rear shocks replaced, not the coil springs. Afterwards I have noticed a loud clunk and clicking noise going over bumps and anytime the suspension seems to be in play. On a flat road I don’t hear it, but any uneven bump triggers it. See attached video. Any ideas?

    That top nut does not look tightened down all the way… check that first.
    It’s not supposed to do that and it seems like when it hits the flat washer on the bushing is when it makes the sound.

    edit- try not to drive till that’s tightened. Check both sides just in case.

    3 inch Icon lift with UCA’s
    Holy crap do not drive that truck until you tighten down your front end if those are both loose like that you’ll do more damage to your strut and the coil spring possibly that’s a bad situation you need to Tighten things up immediately don’t even go to the store before you fix this

    Got it fixed today! Yep was missing top bushing on both sides… back to normal now. Thanks for the input
