I was hoping you'd list the years and what ECU ID for that year\trans. Glad you made it easy to determine. Pretty stoked to get tuned up this weekend

I'm pumped too! Already have a draft email waiting to be sent ;)

@mZiggy should do something fun like first email order with a 0700 time stamp gets the 87mm pulley tune free.

Lol you do have 12 hours on Saturday to prep and send it and purchase.

By the way, it may take a couple hours for the first tunes to go out, I'll need to take my puppy to the vet that morning for her next round of shots.

That's ok, it's supposed to rain all weekend here anyway. Happy enough to finally get rid of the Maggie tune.

I cannot guarantee that I'll remember to look for specific emails for that info or to follow up on people to complete their purchases. I am letting people reach out ahead of time for the waiver, but for people who are already sending in their info, it effectively means nothing because I am not recording everyone's info as it comes in prior to the announced release date, nor am I recording the names of everyone who emails us ahead of time. We get several emails per day regarding other tune services we offer. Anyone who sends in their info ahead of time for this SC tune and does not follow up on Saturday on their own will likely slip through the cracks. We are not responsible for people who miss the launch pricing due to not doing their due diligence to follow up with us when we have not accepted pre-orders.

EDIT: and I am aware that you were just being helpful, and referencing our copy-pasta'd email reply with the waiver which specifies the info to provide on the 21st. I only took the opportunity to clarify the situation because we've had a number of people submitting the info early and while we really appreciate the enthusiasm, the info being sent ahead of time is more likely to get buried.

We're committing to supporting the most up to date ECU IDs only for launch, so you'll need to submit VIN, Model Year, and Transmission, along with mods such as tire size, aftermarket gears, and/or if you require edits for increased alternator output for AGM batteries

    Hey folks,
This is what I get when I click the "flash ECU" icon, and my icons look different form those in the instructions, no pop up comes up with a "prepare ECU" button 1st screenshot. The second screenshot is what I get when I click the "prepare ECM" button.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'm at page 20 and 21 in the instruction manual.....

    You're doing everything right.

Select the Flash ECU button, the "VF ECU Programming Utility" window will pop up.
Select [Prepare ECM] and wait for the log window to say "Connection to ECU is reliable..."
Select [Select Calibration File] and browse to the file you wish to flash.
Select [Calibrate ECM] and the flash process will begin.

Is that my ECU in the pop up window, it seems to not make sense V966304C2000?

Yes, that's your ECU ID/Calibration ID.

You're running an EROM version of 04C20. The "V" indicates it's a vF Tuner EROM file. Stock is typically an "8".

yes. The shorthand of this is 04C20

In order to flash the YotaWerx tune, you will need to flash to the stock tune for 04C20, then use Techstream to update to 04C21, and then flash either the Magnuson tune for 04C21, or the YW tune for 04C21.

It'll help yes. Your voltage there was 11.8, a bit low

    Yet another question,
Ryan from Magnuson sent me an updated file/tune... when I open the link, (which I haven't done yet, in fear of doing something to it I don't want to do), will the file be saved in some random place, can I choose where to put it, can I save it to my VFTuner app??
Oh, and if it gives me a choice, what app should I use to open/download it with??
