Anyone know of a good AC company in the Glendale area? Need to get a new unit before summer prices really hit. Got a quote from Howard Air, they trynna charge $14k though which is insane.

If you support small business call my dude Julio (602) 908-7409. I don’t have his business card. I just store contacts in the phone these days.

years ago one company said I needed a new unit. It was the jump start capacitor. I guess I looked gullible. Julio came out for a second quote and did a $65 repair. He’s earned my business and referrals.

not saying you will have a $65 repair. Just saying that’s the level of honesty he has demonstrated with me.

Thanks. Trying to avoid 1200 it would cost for a new Kuat. That's ludicrous

Moving forward bit by bit on the 4runner some more. Nothing crazy as I have allot done. But being a 97 its time for some more maintenance things. Since I got pretty close to flooding my interior the other weekend with @XPOTRPR and @prise I order all new door seals. Also NGK spark plug wires and new vaccum lines for the motor. Still waiting on my rear kings to fucking show up tho. 3 months in on my 9 month lead time :annoyed:. Once those show up will be getting new springs, rear links and some Durobumps all around.

Stuff that costs more than my wife thinks.
I think mine ended up being around the 7 mo mark for Fox, but we were waiting on the leaf pack for the last 3 weeks because of QC and because mine kept being used in other builds while we waited on lead time. lol

That's nuts to have to wait that long for shocks.

For my Fox stuff, waited 3 weeks for the DSC fronts, and 3 months for the DSC rears. RXTs were like 2 weeks.

Bear in mind, this was before the supply chain excuse really took hold...
