Every Taco I have allocated is sold.
My average turn on a used is 14 days.

If someone isn’t buying a taco, it’s because they can’t afford it.

Had a dealer call me the other day and said" I have what you are looking for" he did, but wanted $7500 above MSRP but that included upgraded tires(not rims and tires just upgraded tires) I think I'm going to wait, have my 2014 TRD Sport detailed and enjoy not having a car payment. Not a good time to buy a new truck right now

Based on what evidence? Plenty of 3rd gen pushing 200k+ miles with nothing other than routine maintenance.

Absolutely this. Most numerous Tacoma ever built. Complaints about the design, complaints about Toyotas choices, but reliability is same as ever.

Don't feed the troll. He's a sad ex-Taco owner who bought an ugly French pickup truck, then comes on here just to complain about Taco's and acts like a drama queen when he gets called out.

Lol, you must really like deez nutz….

First off when it comes to reliability or QDR, how can you even mention that in the same sentence as a Tacoma given that the Tacoma still have frame rust issues after how many years? And before someone starts chiming in claiming all frames rust yada yada yada, while true, my 2017 after 1 winter looked 4 times worse than my F150 and Frontier after 3 years. And the tacoma frame had CRC and undercoating applied. The others had nothing. Door sills had rust bubbling through. Just complete shit metal. Don’t like the 3.5 and don’t feel it’s anywhere close to reliable as the 4.0 or the 3.4 in previous generations. I could keep rambling on, but you fan boi’s will need some gold bond for your butt hurt. Bottom line was my 3rd gen didn’t make me happy. So I bought something that did. Just so happened to be a none Toyota product. Instead of respecting that people just like to hate. I’m sure if I jumped into brand new Tacoma it would feel a lot more refined that what my early model 2017 did. I’m happy there are lots of people here who haven’t had any problems with their trucks and who like them. Wish I could of said the same about mine. That’s all

That’s great you are happy and most of us are too so we are all good. That’s what makes the world go around . As far as the rust think my truck is 3 years old in the rust belt and I take good care of it and it still looks new. Just saying. I’ve also owned two Nissan frontiers and I took good care of them and they did well also
Sold one at 155 K ran perfect did some stuff here’s and there nothing major 2010
The other was a 2005 sold that at about 120k ran great also but it needed timing chain guides at about 60 k / Nissan covered it
Most of it is Maintence but some of it is luck of the draw . Both had the VQ4.0 great motor by the way.

Or because the engine is anemic and the seats are garbage. I will say that at least 3rd gen Tacomas are a step better than the 4th gen Tundras in looks.
