Don't be Hate'n on my white pepper. Let me edjumicate you.

If you examine white peppercorns closely, you’ll see they lack the characteristic wrinkles of black peppercorns. That’s because all white peppercorns start as young black peppercorns, picked when ripe. Instead of drying these peppercorns out, they are put under running water or left to soak; the water dissolves the fruit’s skin, leaving a burnished white-gray color behind. This is also why white peppercorns are smaller than black peppercorns.

White peppercorns have quite a different flavor from black peppercorns. They’re not as richly complex and they lack black pepper’s bite, but they offer instead a floral, more delicate, yet pungent, fruity, flowery spiciness with a hint of fermentation due to how they’re processed—
some have described the fermented smell as a kind of “barnyard funk.”

    While
white pepper isn’t very popular in the United States, it has a big fan base in Europe and parts of Asia. Its bite comes through in Chinese soups, like hot and sour soup, or in stir-fry dishes like Cashew Chicken Ding where it adds complex floral notes. In Europe it’s more frequently used in place of black pepper, and some cooks like it for its ability to blend in to light-colored dishes like whipped potatoes and vichyssoise, where black pepper could show up as black spots.

I agree with your post and that includes motorcycles unfortunately. I am a new moto rider as of last year (new to 2 wheels, experienced rider on 4 wheelers) Before I started, I swore to myself I would do whatever it takes to ensure a safe ride.

Whether you ride a motor or pedal powered bike, at all times have 360 degree situational awareness and constantly be thinking of your escape route, lane position, anticipating other drivers moves, etc.

I by no means am perfect at it, but practice and seek out training and learning opportunities cause it is just way to much fun not to ride, motor or pedal powered.

Ride like you are invisible....You are responsible for your own safety, dont rely on the other person.

    Be safe out there folks.

    Rant over...:bikewheelie:

No rant, great PSA. What do you ride? I know Mason @AR15xAR10 and his Darling Funny Little Honey both ride. @68dave Dave motorcrosses on a 1340 H-D up in the woods like a regular redneck would. Not sure who else in the thread rides though. Oh! @fatfurious2 Has a bad ass dual sport he just got. I'm itchin' to get back in and accepting any donation amounts for the $7k for me to get the bike. I figure if nothing else I can get a part time job at The Waffle House or as a Walmart Greeter.

LMAO! You're funny! That was a good one! I just pressure washed the deck and trying to keep it dry so I take up the rugs when it rains. I put them back out again last night. Got ready to walk the dogs this morning and was like WTF?! looks like rain. Sure enough, part of the way in, it started raining.

In my next life I want an easier life when I am older and working. I want to be a weather man.
