Anyone know the part number for the driver side floor plug / grommet? It’s the one under the carpet in the location pictured below.

I had a topper installed with remote lock and they just tossed the plug rather than cut a slit through it. Lazy! Water is coming through and I’d like to fix the install. Thanks!

    It’s called a hole plug.

I don’t know what body style you have. But they certainly list them on the Toyota parts site.

Appreciate the support, everyone. That parts diagram is very helpful - I can never seem to navigate to the correct diagram when searching for parts. I’ll measure the hole when I get home to verify I’m purchasing the correct one.

As for the shop that did this, they’ve overall been good to me. I’ll be giving them a call though. It’s unacceptable that they couldn’t take 30 seconds to do this the right way and save me a headache.

Thanks all for the TW support.

What is the cable/wire going through the hole ??
Seems like an odd way to run wires?
If all else fails a Napa store might have some rubber firewall grommets that are made with a slit to pass over wires, cables, tubing etc

Pull the plug out of the passenger side floor, the part number is right there on it.

Winner winner. For future folks looking for this part, it’s 90950-01958.

I noticed on the parts diagram that there should be three of these on the front floorboard - two on the driver’s side and one on the passenger (part #13). I pulled up the driver’s side carpet a little more and low and behold. Verified fitment and also compared measurements to part #13 on Caribe’s diagram.

We’ve got a winner, folks. Thanks to all!

I needed a replacement for one of those plugs, I took it into the dealer and the parts guy pulled out a diagram, then ordered a few off it. I went to pick up the plug and they were all wrong. The next parts guy couldnt figure out why the other guy didnt just look at the part number on the plug and order that. So he ordered me the right one, and then stuffed all the other plugs in a drawer where they will never see the light of day again.

Also, if you ever want to run that wire properly, remove the drivers side rear cubby, there is a plug on the backside of the cab that can be used for this.

Not really odd at all. I have two wires running through there now....most people utilize those holes on these trucks.

Its a very common way to route wiring. The OE tailgate lock harness as well as some other add on accessories run thru there per Toyotas own installation instructions.

The installer should have known better. That wire is going to chafe through the insulation sooner or later, the way they left it.
