    Perfect! Thanks for the reply.

I'm hoping the novella read here is accurate! Haha, I am stoked to try it out!

Also make sure the computer/laptop does not have an ARM processor. vF Tuner does not support the ARM architecture, and there is no ETA if it ever will support it.

Kinda the wrong place to ask, but the VF Tune thread is overwhelming...
With an Intel/Windows box and $400 for software and a cable and I can then buy the tune and load it myself?
I already have it, but might be useful for the future.

Make sure to check out @tonered's thread on how to get Techstream up and running once you have your cable as well.
    It's that simple.

Sooo still waiting for my tuner…

I found the VF Tuner FB page, apparently there is a shipping delay. That wasn’t communicated at all on their website, forum, or even in my purchase confirmation email…

    Not super impressed.

I know they aren’t affiliated with TW, but their forum is a ghost town, and need to whine somewhere!

I have read through most of the posts here.
I have been on a tune since Matt had it available way back when, then moved on to KDMax. I have a 2017 Pro with lift and 33s. I am in NM at altitude of 6000ft daily then up 10k when in mountains. As of now I get 15-16 MPG.
Do you have anyone in area to tune? Do you have any results at altitude, and do you for see any improvement in MPGs if I was to switch over.

Sorry to hear it's going to be delayed. Hopefully he gets stock in soon so that you can get to tuning!

I do recall that Mat made mention a few weeks ago that he was going to remove the forum on his website. I don't recall if it was posted on the forum or not to be honest, but it sounds like it may have just been on his Facebook.
We currently do not have anyone in that area, unfortunately.
@Chadr7858 has tested at altitude for us, and I don't believe he had any issues. I'm not sure if he has been up to 10k feet though.
As with most tunes, we don't try to make any promises for MPG's. We have made some recent changes and I did see an increase of about 2 MPG's, but those numbers are only based off of what the truck is telling me when I get to work or home. My driving style may be different than yours and you may see little to no change.

I need some nice camping areas that aren't humid and full of mosquitos or yellow flies.

you would like it then. A little more developed than it was in 1964 when I first went there - but still amazing.

True - but not so old that I am hollow inside! We still need to catch up for a Brew or two - I was out of State when @johntoyota was here - hope you had time to enjoy a few cold ones with him.

Well I finally got around to flashing my nexus+p tune and got a chance to put some mileage on the truck. Made the trip from CT to Boston, with my KTM 690 on the back. From Boston I then went to Stowe vt with the ktm and a Viking grill my brother in law bought. Dropped everything off in vt and back to CT. Averaged 18.3 mpg hand calculated, which is decent for my truck not being very aerodynamic. Tip in sensitivity is great, shift logic seems good and overall drive-ability is a def improvement from the 2.0 ovtune I had before. Just a quick question for those more versed in vftuner since I migrated over from the ov handheld. How does one go about returning to the stock ecm file in the event that it’s needed? Thanks, great work on the tune.
