    What’s the secret to em not getting off? I hooked several and reeled em in only to get off about 6’ from the bank. I caught a few on the spinner bait but had good luck with the rooster tail.

    I’ve never really fished just for bass, always used live worms and got lucky catching them.

    Tell me how so I can teach Cole and Sadie :D

    Them getting off is probably from not setting the hook hard/good enough or maybe the hooks not being sharp enough. But you're always gonna lose a few. :pout:
