Are the video from the back-up and forward cameras a little blurry to other folks too? My wife has a 2019 RAV4 and the video on her back-up camera looks sharper. I tried wiping the lens with glass cleaner to see if that helps and didn't appear so. I've also tinkered with the contrast and brightness settings in the infotainment system too without much luck. Is there another setting that allow me to adjust the image sharpness?

I have the same issue with my 2018 Tacoma versus my wife's 2021 Rav4. I am thinking it has to do with the quality of the camera or the display, but that is just a guess.

My rear got better with the aftermarket head unit I’m using, but it’s still not amazing.

The resolution and picture quality is dog shit yes. Its nothing you can adjust out. Its ‘normal’.

The only good ‘news’ is the 360 and backup cams on the ‘22 Tundra are much better, odds are Toyota integrates this tech into the future 4th gen Tacomas. But for those of us disappointed with 3rd gen quality, we are stuck with it.
