I don’t think that’s gonna happen either. It needs too much work to qualify for a loan. Maybe some rich people that really need a shop and like working on a house will turn up.

 

What kind of stuff?

 

Yeah, we’ll I still don’t go around banging cars… unless it is a very special car.

 

New carpet and/or wood floors. Needs new insulation. The shop has no heat/ac or insulation. The well water tastes awful and the water softener quit. No city utilities out here in the boonies. Except trash. Needs some rewiring and some odds and ends carpentry.
