I've had a Tacoma, two camrys, two 4 runners, an ls400, a Honda accord, an Isuzu rodeo, and most recently a celica gt for like 12 hours

Shit ton of chores all weekend but the missus and decided to enjoy the nice weather and skip housework to go do stuff. Spent yesterday at a botanical garden for a blue poppy festival. And spent today at the glass/art/history museum for a local artist festival.

I didn't realize how much I loved bonsai trees

Next time you guys are out this way, Huntington Gardens in Pasadena has a big area dedicated to bonsai trees in their Japanese garden, right by the Zen garden. It's a really cool place to visit, we've got annual membership

Yea the wife has a western hemlock that was gifted as a tiny sprout and it's maybe 2ft tall now? I want her to turn it into a bonsai now

Hell yea that's cool! I don't know what the entrance cost normally is for this place cause it was free admission for the festival but they've got 22acres of over 800 species of rhododendron and magnolias (and other stuff I don't remember)
