Well crap. That's what I was doing. I'll give it another go tomorrow but I think this neuropathy in my fingers is not helping.

You have to squeeze a little harder than normal with the clips at the tank. You may want to get a set of pliers with a bend at the end of them. That should squeeze them enough for you to be able to pull the lines off. They look like this.

Napa my dude. They can usually get them same day too. RA is a great option as well. They are typically a little cheaper.

Ditto on Napa. They just had a 20% sale that ended 5/20. But purchase online, pick up locally. Faster than RA.

id say factory really does well for the duration of hard and mild needs of our application. basically not the bottleneck of efficincy in our deal.
but.... ive on many occassions overdone things for theory/ego/testing. so id love to see before and after #s! in that id say if you can afford to try go for it! also- if you find a supreme mounting system that offers great flow for either stock or modified front sections please share.

I'd be interested to know what the pressure drop is across that full setup and whether the pump would keep up. If it does keep up, you'd probably drop a few more degrees. You'd want to do some tests before and after to see if it helps. Looking at innercooler fluid temps and air inlet temps at the supercharger. Something like the Davitron that @Roostfactor did would be ideal.

My plan was to mounted in the vented section under the bumper. Supplying straight from the pump and from that cooler to the one infront of the radiator from there to the intercooler.

With your idea, it would benefit from that mentioned front direct air flow or panels to direct air flow toward the cooler. Two inline cooler seems redundant if one does it correctly. The space should allow for one larger but if it doesn't because of a winch or accessory up front then two might work. And as others mentioned, possible pump or 2nd inline pump upgrade. If you have hit the dyno, you can see the delta between the issue of heat soak after the 2nd to 4th consecutive run. I don't have hard data on how it effects real world driving but on the dyno it's pretty apparent. Get air flow moving. So if you're goal is crawling or something where the air flow in front won't benefit you, better just to keep it simple. If you're planning to go fast, a 2nd or larger 1st intercooler sounds good to me.
