Ordered 4 new tires...Discovered a big ol' bolt in my passenger front tire getting gas after work Saturday. Still holds air "ish" but the rear tires are worn funky because of a poor alignment done by the previous owner. The truck is out of commish because they're not coming until Saturday, and I am going to use my spare sparingly. Pun intended. For those curious, picked up a set of Patagonia Milestar A/T.

This is more for long camping trips. I have no real room to lay an ar in a case in my back seat with my Dog and camping supplies as well. It fits perfectly right there taking up min space. I would never leave it sitting like that if i got out and went away from my truck in a urban area. I always cover my guns up when i have to go to store or something. Its for transit purposes. I can walk into my range which is outside with a fully loaded mag sitiing in there so no real issues with that. I do have a CC permit as well.

I know it’s blasphemous but that’s one reason I like the new ridgeline. When my grandpa gave my mom what became my truck he rocked a RAV4 for a while before trading it for a ridgeline because the dealership gave him a steal (before trying to upcharge him on options they would install which he politely declined). The rear seats fold up which works great when he needs to transport his black lab, and when folded down there’s plenty of room under the seats for gun cases that are out of sight for anyone outside. Would I trade my Tacoma for fold up rear seats? Definitely not but he loves them.

Question- since i just replaced my shocks/strut assemblies (Thanks jtaco11) what to do with the old ones? they have 96K miles on them... should i toss em or recycle them or is there anyone on forums that would be interested in taking them for free?

My '89 Bronco was one of my favorite vehicles I have ever owned. Even though it was a rust pile that tried to kill me going down the hwy because the steering was so fucked and then the trans went out on a gas station run. But for a $800 truck I drove for almost 2 years I loved that thing. Driving with the top off was always a good time.

FINALLY got to go camping!!! Life has been busy and weather in MN has been crap all year so far but we got out for our first night camping this year. Its depressing to think I already had about 20 nights camping by this time last year.

Think mine went out too, not getting power to any of the intermediate settings on my AC, scale of 1 to 10 how hard is it to replace yourself?

    3" Bilstein 5100, Firestone Airbags & Add a leaf,
2/10. Removal takes about 5 minutes and 3 of those minutes are getting a drill/flashlight. Link to the video I used below.

Did you pick up each part separately or was that a kit?

It’s really easy to replace but I didn’t replace mine, just cleaned some debris from the fan.

I have a lot of the 24v Kobalt tools and I love them. I have never had any issues with them. I do like that they make a 4 battery charging stand. Makes my life easier then having a bunch od single chargers everywhere of forgetting to switch battery's out.
