I should just say screw it and do it. Stock 200 should make about 36hp. Little more with mods. :bikewheelie2:

San Diego is nice, went there on vacation a few years back think it was in 2015. We rented a BMW G650GS to do some sight seeing and had a great time. Was actually digging through old pics today...

Nice. First pic is right at Mission Bay no? Not 100% sure on the second pic but looks like it's somewhere in La Jolla. Aside from the dumb politics and some of the dumb people out here, as well as COL, it's a great place to live.

Yup I think you're correct on both spots. We did a self guided tour that brought us to a few popular locations... I remember Sunny Jim Cave was pretty cool, and also a nice view at Torrey Pines watching people paraglide. They also had a separate offroad tour I wish I could have done, wasn't able to convince my wife to do that one lol

Yup the cave is always a cool spot, and torrey pines is a beautiful little area.

Now that I'm single, one of my requirements is someone who either does ride or has some interest in it. Was like pulling teeth just to try and get my ex to go helmet shopping, though now I guess I'm lucky it never happened, since I would have been covering that expense

Yeah it's nice to have common interests, or to at least be supportive of what makes the other happy in life. My wife and I have been on lots of adventures and it's fun sharing those experiences with someone. She's not interested in riding on her own, thinks she's too old to pick it up at this point. But does like coming along as the passenger and has been on all my bikes.

The OG Thumper G650GS is a very underrated bike in my humble opinion! Only Beemer I’ve ever wanted to own!

Storage unit is a bit packed. There's a rm250 hiding back there also.

I should say the riding position just plane old sucks on the cbr. That or I'm just getting old. And got tired of staying in that cramped position.

Used to ride a buddy’s R6 a bit and never once did I find a comfortable way to enjoy all the speed and handling it had to offer ha.

Dig me an old man upright standard seating position. Those guys are impressive on the track though. Way more balls than I ever had to push a bike to its limits.

The fun part is I never left 1st gear the whole way over to the unit. That 1st gear is so long on that 1000rr put a smile on my face. I mean shit it can do 92mph in 1st.

That’s honestly insane haha. Why even have gears if it’s a commuter!?

I've topped that bike out multiple times. Just not interested to ride that fast anymore. I'm sure that ktm gets down too. But that's not the reason why I bought it. I ordered a comfort seat for it. Should be here in a couple weeks.
