You should try Filipino Banana ketchup, it’s quite good.

I moves to a po-dunk farm town for senior year, graduating class of 57 kids.

I was very leary of catching something given the fact 80% of the entire school's yearbook shared 10 names....

I became down right mortified when 80% of that 80% were second or third cousins

Interestingly enough I was at an art festival this weekend and ate lunch from a filipinx food truck, I had the pork belly, wife had the smoked chicken. Both meat selections came slathered in that banana ketchup with dark leafy greens (maybe some kind of black sesame vinaigrette?) and Mac salad.

First, I gotta say I loved that salad dressing and wish I knew exactly what it was.
Second, I enjoyed the cranberries and shredded cheddar that got put in the Mac salad, however I prefer Samoa or Hawaiian versions of Mac salad.
Third, that was the first time I had ever ever heard of adding bananas to ketchup.... is that literally all you do? Like the yellow fruit added to howlee ass catsup?

It’s just ketchup without the tomatoes, substituted with tomatoes.

    Sooooooo

There's no banana what so ever? Do you strain it through a banana leaf or something?! I'm more confused with your response than I was attempting to figure it out on my own
