The fact that I offered free work, and still have material costs be an issue just left me appalled. I thought I'd offer the locals some free work so I can get a job request later down the road, something I can get paid to do.

I got more positive (and willing) feedback making that project table versus doing truck stuff. People really swear that welding/fabricating shit is really cheap.

 

yeah, i think a lot of people just have no concept of the amount of effort that goes into the fabrication process. like... at all lol
