Any Tacoma Owners Over 50?

I’ll be 63 next month, here’s my 4th Tacoma.

Have a '90 SR5 Hilux 5 speed in Inca Red Metallic with an '02 3.4 coversion, and my new (to me) '17 TRD OR 6 speed in Super White

 

I am 77 driving my 3rd Taco to work everyday. People often wonder why I am driving a truck not befitting my profession - I am a CPA

 

71 here bought my first taco in 2001 sold after 19 years and 198,000 miles, bought 2021 DC TRD 4x4 OR. if I get shares it’s envy and frankly I don’t care what others think,

No. And I am age 69! My Tacoma is my 2nd and 5th truck overall in my lifetime.

 

I'm 54 and couldn't care less what others think. I've been driving Toyota trucks most of my life. I grew up in Honduras with the Hilux. My Avatar shows my '94 after I gave it to my son and he removed the bed for some stupid reason. He sold it with 220,000 miles on it, driving fine.
I've had a company truck for the last 12 years until this January, and I went back to the Toyota for a personally owned vehicle; 2020 SR5 Access Cab. My wife has a 2008 Toyota Highlander than is in great condition. I will always be a Toyota guy.

I’m 22 with 38 years experience. Usually the only funny looks that I get are because of something I said. That or trying to blow out my speakers lol.

 

Almost 54 here. My 50 something-year-old friends and I do stupid stuff on our bikes every weekend, so the truck comes in handy!

67 now and I get odd stares all the time...but not about my Tacoma.

 

Flew to Oregon last June and bought my first Taco, a DCLB, TRD-OR. Immediately drove the TAT from Port Orford to Kitty Hawk.

This year? Hoping to do the TSDAT and DAKAL.

 

I'm 55 and my spouse is 56. She drives the Taco more than I do. She also has the C90 Boulevard, mine is the FJR1300.

 

I'm old as shit and drive a Tacoma!

 

Closer to 60 than 50.

Get stares all the time but that's just cause they are jealous of my 'Tacti-cool Taco"! LOL

I sure do not see any CHROME on these trucks. Who exactly does Toyota expect to purchase a 2023 Tacoma with the new chrome package?

 

Just turned 5-O, owned Toyota trucks as my personal vehicle since I was 19, this is 4th, bought it as my fiftieth b-day present to myself. It is my daily and moto hauler.




Old Tacoma was getting long in the tooth. 23 years old 434K, when the engine started giving me problems.

71 years young, 3rd toyota 1st years ago I owned a pickup with a 2.4 ltr diesel, then a second gen Tacoma which I drove for 4 years and now a 3 gen Tacoma. My wife has owned a Yaris for the last 14 years
