That square tubing on your swingout looks like 2" x 2", I need to figure out what thickness I want to go with and what size.

    Was thinking 2" x 2" if I go square, maybe 1/4" thick?

But I like the sleeker look of rectangular.

Could go 2" x 3" and maybe 1/8" supported in the shape of a V with a main bar in the center.

IDK. I got the bumper second hand. I would agreed that it's 1/8" thick.

Might sell it and get one custom made.

Yeah it's way too hot today so I came straight home after class

Was told to check out Ornamental Iron Supply out in Fresno to grab some square tubing.

Unless you've got some extra laying around....

You didn't do a will call pick up? Why not a full face cover for the front and RS face plate for the rear? I think ballistic made one for the 9.5 as well

Drive all the way to SLO?

    Yeah, fuck that

And I hit trails, not boulders. I don't expect to take my front diff to a boulder, and instead hope I take the right line in my tiny 33s.

An axle I hope to get later will definitely get more armor, but also a custom 3-link.

Two most stupid useful things about it, that I don't even think about but wasn't available in the original console -

    1. The switch panel paired with Wit's End mount is a godsend. I can't imagine having my phone anywhere else where it won't be in the way. I use it for GPS or music via Bluetooth as calls and texts can wait.

    2. The amount of room in the center console is stupid convenient! I go to school still and every Thursday we have tests/etc. If you ever get into one of my vehicles you'll see I'm the kind of person that believes nothing other than a set of floor mats, should be in a vehicle (displayed). Rather than take my books out and bring them back in, or forget a notebook at home or what have you, everything and anything fits!

I forget I have a Delta VS console because it just blends in so well. It's not until some weirdo/random asks about my rig that they notice the console and ask about it

I tried looking for the ballistic 9.5 but can't find it. My buddy bought it 2 years ago. Might have been discontinued
