I'll look into it. I think I'm cooked this time and on the mend without it.

Fair enough. I'll see what survives a week. Cheese won't be ready in time.

I installed some chase lights, a switch panel and a LED flash controller today. Just waiting for a few extra switch blanks to close up the panel.

    Also over the past few days;
Changed the diff and transfer case fluids, and helped @.Q. with the same stuff on his truck.
Oil and filters (oil, cab, engine).
Removed all the skid plates and sliders, got them over to be media blasted.
Cleaned out all my winter gear.

Tomorrow I think I will be cutting a hole in my fender.

Here's an anomaly. I went to reply to something on 4Runners.com. Suddenly, I was stuck between there and TW.

Just cheap Amazon stuff. If it lasts half the time my Rigid Industries have I'll be happy.

My Rigids are holding up great. I'm going on 7 years with my current set and they've been on 4 trucks at this point.

I've got four sets on my truck, floods, spots, ditch (side shooters), and reverse (floods). The ones in the front bumper have been on the truck the longest and the front bezels are in rough shape visually, but they're still fully functional. I figure these are up out of the worst conditions, they should hold up well.

Yeah that’s kind of what I’m looking at. That and an Amazon spec switch panel. I’m hoping to find some of the smaller pod light knock offs and doing them to my roof rack similar to yours.

I realized I never posted this - 8x16 shed is done. The gravel behind it is a parking space for the trailer:

I had an 8 ft 2x10 in the basement that I used as a shelf. Between that and the hooks I put into the studs, it's perfect. The ceiling is higher than I expected which is nice.

It really freed up space in the garage:

Before winter I want to put a small solar system into it- basically just for a light. I also plan to plant some bushes around it to hide my out of level timbers and the metal base.

Whatever. At least it'll be easy to keep temp. Cheese might be harder to sort out though.

Is this your normal schedule or does it vary wildly like they'll call you up oh yeah we need you in buffalo Thursday.

They do not come with any connectors, harness or switches, which was fine with me, I custom build most of that stuff anyway (which is why it takes me half a day to install a pair of lights). You get the lights, brackets/hardware, and that's it, the ends of the leads are bare, so you can add your own connectors of your choosing, etc. if you want.

Amen to that. Usually, I throw the harness right in the trash or just use it for wiring to get from the lights to the cab, then make my own harness from there. The harnesses that come with the lights usually just pull power directly from the battery, no relay. Garbage in my opinion.

Nice. I might add deutsch connectors, but also might just wire them straight to a switch panel box in the hood without a connector. Solder and shrink wrap instead.
