Actually you could just use some rubbing compound and apply it with your finger tip let it setup for five minutes then use a microfiber cloth to polish; no more fingernail scratches.

easy. one screw in door pocket/handle, one behind handle. sharply pull bottom to release clips.
important to remember to full seat your handle actuation cable. fully. if you dont you will be unable to open your door and have to snake tiny pliers in there.

AJT Designs makes them. Easy mod, just pop the old ones off and these snap right on. They light up like the factory knobs, too.

Alpharex Pro Series in jet black. Got them during all the black friday sales. They also have a "smoked" version, the LED tubes in those are red, if you prefer that look.

Yep. The factory knobs are too flush. You can't get an easy handle on them.

lol I knew something looked off a Englewood Groove Toyota license plate frame with Colorado temp tags with palm trees in the background. That's where I got my Taco in June 2020 back when sanity ruled the marketplace...

What are your thoughts on quality of these lights. Any issues with hyper flash?

Deavers have 4 options: Stage 1(100-200lbs), Stage 2 (400-700), Stage 3 (700+) and the 4th is CUSTOM leaf pack. You do the math on what your added weight will be, submit it to them and they will build a leaf pack to your specs. I run their Stage 2 and Highly recommend them over the add a leaf selections. No squeaks, no sag, no problems. I tow and offroad and have added 400 pounds armor to rig and in daily drive setup the ride is NOT harsh.

I haven't had any issues at all. The build quality it great, especially considering they were under $300 for the pair. I really don't think you can beat these at this price point. Plus I really like how they look and the install was super easy. Two bolts and plugging in the wiring is all it takes.
They do reuse the stock reverse bulbs, so I ordered LED replacements from Diode Dynamics.

I’d rather have the protection in the first place. Eventually you keep rubbing compound to get rid of those, you’re going to get through the clear coat. Granted that would take many times over the years but vs. 1 time of applying the protection seems easier and worth it.

I hear ya I was going thru some old gear in my attic a couple weeks ago and came across the old Precision Power amp I had in my 82 standard cab pickup. I starting wondering how I ever found room for that, an electronic crossover and 2 10" subs back there haha.

Put in some new to me Meso v4 ultimate turns. The looks and performance of the OEM is just egregious in comparison

So I was browsing through the dealership website to see if I like anything they have available more than I like my truck (I don’t by the way). I did come across a 2022 SR with black fender flares and black alloy wheels though. Apparently it’s called the SX package. So for $4000 less than I paid for my TRD Off Road double cab long bed two years ago, you can get an SR access cab that kinda looks like a TRD Off Road.

I am glad I bought my truck when I did.

It's very fitting for a Taco. I've got a 2020 oem grille I was going to swap, but I still like my chrome one. :crapstorm:

I'm beginning to love the look again. Cheesegrater grille has become rare these days.

I’ve been grating cheese since 2017. I like my chrome, it’s classic.
