I read the article earlier. He actually did truck stuff with his rental. Glad he liked it.

I know what happened. Someone rebadged a Ranger with Ecoboost. Pretty easy to confuse them in the dark.

 

He probably heard all the nagging here and was expecting the worst.

I had never even seen a Tacoma before coming to the USA…

Reading the comments here prior to driving one, I expected a hopeless POS aimed at the former Chevy Chevette-diesel-automatic former-owners market-segment.

I wanted a 4x4 manual, and there are simply not many available options in this neck of the woods…

So I think my taco is pretty cool…
