I shop at Harris Teeter often and use their fuel points at BP, but it usually costs more there than other stations so I typically end up going to Costco. Their lines are always so long though. Today at BJ’s there was zero wait time. Granted, it was during business hours on a week day, so there’s that.

 

The "blue team" that controls the media doesn't want it to be known that it's justifiable to use deadly force in an instance like that, they just want the stories where the 'evil black gun' kills innocent bystanders. I also glad to see that your news report kept race out of the story. We all know damn right well if that had happened around baltimore, the armed citizen would already be in jail and attorneys would be lined up to file law suits for the deceased gunman's family because his rights were violated.

 

@RobP62 came to on-roading to the house, brought the tool to remove the needle bearing and we got it done, also hi gave a nice mirror. Thanks Rob.

Looks like I’m gonna be installing a Fumoto drain valve at my next oil change, which should be sometime next week or the week after. I’m nervous but excited!

 

Thank. Yeah, I'm never going to be the kind of seller that fucks with buyers. It's not just business, ya know? It sometimes comes down to a couple thousand dollars between offers; I won't immediately take the highest rather i'd 'lose' a couple grand if it helped someone, especially a vet, get into a house they loved. But that's just me and not, seemingly, 99% of sellers in Maryland.

If you're in a position to go with conventional financing, it will help you especially with how absolutelyfuckinginsane the housing market is now. When I was trying to buy I actually had quiet a few sellers turn down my offer (because I needed to use my VA benefit) simply because it wasn't as convenient for the sellers. I was even offering to cover a portion of the closing costs to appease the sellers, they wanted nothing to do with it. I swear it felt like an invisible "force" was trying to force me to take a condo or run down townhouse in areas that I didn't want to live in. I even had a few listing agents flat out tell me that I couldn't buy a SFH as a 1st time buyer, that I had to start lower on the ladder of property ownership.
