Like I have stated numerous times. I’m out to make this right and get the orders out I promised. All orders will be fulfilled this summer. At that time you would like you could sell them

You've said/promised a lot of things and have yet to follow through. Do you really think anyone here believes anything you say at this point?

Is it too late to dispute charges with y’all’s banking institutions or credit card companies? The whole no refund for something you all bought and never received is bs.

Yes. Most of these people have been waiting two years. Well beyond the point of being able to dispute.

Dang that’s fucked up. I hate scammers. OP at this point just mail all parts to everyone or refund. You’re a terrible businessman and very unethical.

I have texted you and talked to you letting you know they would be done this summer for you. It will be done as promised. You filed something and I already talked to them and said it would be this summer and they accepted and were fine with that. Everyone have a great Memorial Day weekend

All retrofit companies are longer than 3 month wait. I promise everyone will get their lights like I said this summer. Wish I could see your face when they arrive and you open them up and see them

I bet their faces would be a lot brighter and happier if you were there with their hard earned money for them over empty promises and false hopes.

So I was really hoping that this saga was over... However its not. And now I'm getting pissed.

I really want to give you the benefit of the doubt Logan but...

I get to shop this morning to find 2 boxes of parts with my name on them and I was beyond excited. I figured that after a year and some months I was going to have closure, not the custom headlights I paid for but the parts with which to just do my own damn build. Did I get the closure I was looking for...NOPE! So what did I find in the boxes?

Headlight assembly box #1:top plastic locator mount was snapped. Headlight assembly is unusable.

Headlight assembly box#2: entire mounting arm plastic snapped clean off. Headlight assembly is unusable

Miscellaneous box: Nothing factory sealed in any of the boxes....Ugggh where to start with this box
    • Both D2S projectors are missing the high beam shutter solenoids. Without these there's no high beam functionality on projector.
    • One demon eye bracket is missing. Unable to install one of the demon eye's on the projector. However ironically enough see next line.
    • One Morimoto XBT Adaptor (JST male-RGB female 4 pin) is missing. Its the adaptor needed to connect the demon eye to XBT controller. (Guess if I can't mount it to the projector then I don't need to worry about running power to it.)
    • You sent me 35W bulbs instead of 55W bulbs
    • One of the 55W ballasts looks like it hit the floor.
    • Also no butyl seal or filament wire (Morimoto makes a halo installation kit with all that neat stuff in it) But since you weren't going to be doing the work why pay for any of the build materials.
Well I think that covers about all of the issues that I could just see by opening that box. Now given all the broken, missing or mismatched stuff that I have going on there is little desire for me to bench test the pile of s#!t sitting in front of me.

SO Logan where do we go from here? Are you going to make things right? Are we going to get on the honorable path?

Should say Both D2S projectors are missing the pigtail leads that would connect from shutter solenoid on the projector to the "high beam" molex connector on the Morimoto motocontrol harness.
My bad. Projectors do have shutter solenoids in them. Just missing the pigtail connector that powers them.

Is he enlisted in the navy or is that fake info? Could reach out to his command if someone is able bodied and skillful to find that info.

Wow I just saw this. I shipped the boxes straight to you how the parts were. Can you send pics of everything please. I have never heard of TRS not putting the pigtails in the box of the projectors. Send pics in message and we can go from there @owl0990. I’ll make it right. Everything was there and headlights in tact. Take picture of conditions of boxes as well please

Also I messaged you and told you I upgraded you to Phillips bulbs as a courtesy. Way beyond the morimoto bulbs you ordered. You didn’t mention that but was just looking out. Waiting on those pics and we will go from there sir
