That was on the list, but I’m not sure it’ll make the cut. Oddly enough found it by searching breweries in apple maps and it pops up, but from what I can tell doesn’t brew anything. Tomorrows our last day and I think the plan is to stay close to the resort/beach.

We had mamas fish house tonight and lahaina grill last night. Best two meals I’ve eaten in my life. If someone wants to ship me my navi I’d happily stay here.

Ah, yes! I go past there so fast on my commute I'm usually "eyes straight ahead"! Haven't gone up there for a ride in awhile, mostly because since the brewery opened, there is sh!t ton of slow traffic...

Nice! I don't travel much at all but, many, MANY years ago, my wife and I were fortunate enough to spend 3 weeks out there. My brother was stationed there at the time, and my grandparents donated their FF miles to us as they no longer could fly, so pretty close to a "free" vacation. That's the only time I was ready to just abandon my previous life and stay...

What size dimensions? I have a 1300 on order and i have reservations on how big it will be. Problem was finding deep enough to store additional shields and maybe a chain and tools etc

Thanks, it’s another addiction I’ve added to the list (1st bike/2wheels/mini whatever). I’m running out of time and money lol

The 1300 is slightly shorter length but probably 1-2” taller- guess I’ll find out soon enough (I tried strapping a similar size box, didn’t seem bad but dimensions weren’t exact).

Oh is it hollow? That's a nice surprise.

My generation 700 and I believe the 900 don't have a hollow seat. Virtually no storage on the bike to be had lol.

Certainly an easy swap/fix though. I've been saving the custom seat swap for last on my bike.

I too can never bring myself to use my stickers. have a small collection of them in the garage, the few that I do commit to usually get slapped onto my water bottle

Yup was the first thing I checked on haha. The subframe under is flat/straight. Unless you’re trying to smuggle something in that camel hump..

That's why I'm glad Camburg, TC, etc always send a whole bundle of stickers with orders. Can stick them on everything and still have some left over.

I like a few, tastefully applied, on my vehicles. Just enough to let other like-minded folks know what's up. Will definitely sticker bomb my toolboxes though!

Just sent a video of the bike running to a nearby mechanic who works on just about anything on wheels. He said he can't be sure but would guess rod bearings. "sigh"

also congrats @spencermarkd on the recent nuptial achievement! I wasn't able to ride at all this past weekend as I was in Scottsdale celebrating my brother's bachelor party. There's certainly some very fine talent out there...was gonna take the bike then thought better of it when I considered the heat, 5 hour drive, and general state of being after a bender of a weekend. Definitely made the right call lol

I must be doing it wrong lol. I usually buy from vendors and they don't seem to be as liberal with their sticker inclusions.

I think i've only put a couple stickers on my vehicles ever, on my Subaru WRX I previously owned. one was a Chris Reeves Knives sticker, and an Emerson Knives sticker. Both in very subtle stickers, in non-descript locations.

Hurt me to lose that CRK sticker when I traded in the car. Probably could have saved it but then it would have just gone back into the collection box.

Hopefully rod bearings is the google diagnoses, and not the actual one lol. Fingers crossed

Its a super nice bike. He had it repainted a couple years ago. Its been on one of those frame lifts, so wheels havent been on the ground. Has a $1300 titanium exhaust from Japan, ZX11 cam swap, and a bunch of other custom one off lightweight parts from that forum. I need to get pics and a price from him, if he's serious.

I told him to keep it and fix it when his son is older. I think his kid is 2? He should keep it for 15 more years, and then get it back on the road. His wife doesnt like motorcycles, but shes not forcing him to sell, he just wants a power bench in his garage. I told him working out is less fun than riding motorcycles.
