Sell more shit….

They keep adding techs.
Peak season and there are so many “techs” they are standing around.
If they have have 50 techs and make flat rate equal to min wage.
They will take that over 20 techs make a dam good living if the numbers are better.
Their thinking is a tech is ready for working on a car when they come in.
They expect you to stay late..
It’s not about a service with a smile and pride in your good job.
It’s about profits and busting ass and cutting corners to get things done faster…
Unless you personally know a tech and trust him. At some point even he will be told
(Between the lines) to fuck you..
I use to walk out and talk to a cust (one on one) and say “decline anything I say you need”.
Especially retired people.
