It's a 15lb rodent, that tastes a bit like rabbit. The 1st years are better tasting.

My buddy had his entire main cable harness chewed through where it meets the firewall. Allegedly the solution is to ziptie dryer sheets to a few places in the compartment. "They hate the smell"

Watching the American Cornhole League and I'm surprised at how fit they are. For being a beer drinking sport, I'd think they'd look more like pro bowlers.

So I'm experimenting with electrolysis this weekend. I've read about it and seen the you tube vids.

you tell me if you wanna dip your balls in this, there's clamps and shit involved...:D

One box of this stuff. Cost was around $5.00. You need one tablespoon per gallon of water, more or less.

random rusty shit ranging from rusty to not so rusty. The nippers were not dipped on this round, but the two brackets and the tri square ruler were.

there is a lot of shit going on in the background, ignore that.
the vertical steel with the red clamp is the sacrificial steel connected to the positive side of the battery.
The small green wire is the ground from the battery going to the rusty shit.
The rusty stuff and the sacrificial metal should not be touching or you get a short and possibly burn your shit to the ground.

upgraded battery posts with voltage. the small clamps are from the battery charger to keep it healthy thru the process.

put the Fluke on the battery charger, and this is the amps it's dumping into the battery.

and this is the amps going into the process/solution.

here is the resulting slurry after a mere 15 minutes.

    this is one hour.
Ima gonna let this marinate overnite and report back.

    The results.
The angle cleaned up nice, the bracket not as much but I made not have had the best electrical contact with it.
The tri square ruler was immersed on the right end with the hole in it.

And the sacrificial steel is thick with rusty chum.

I can see where this process might be handy for maybe cast iron cookwear, but the wire brush on a bench grinder is much faster.
