    I hope that everyone had a good holiday, I feel bad for the ones that got heart breaking news about friends.

    I spent time with the GF, I got to fire up the old Weber charcoal grill at her house to make a good meal yesterday. Turkey "loins" from Lidl.. maybe something got lost in the translation, lol. Thick cut Italian bread with garlic butter for some Texas toast. This is the 1st time that I've grilled turkey, it will NOT be the last! I marinated the loins in a baggie with EVOO and my homebrew of "general purpose seasoning"



    The GF was able to get the Flir camera from the library that she works in. We were looking around her house for hot spots/bad insulation and found more then she ever wanted to know about.. while the camera was out I decided to sneak up on Clarence and take his mug shot. The cat is kinda creepy on the IR camera.

    they didn't make her leave, just moved her to the site that she actually reserved and not squatting in someone else's spot. they were still there when i left this morning. wonder if the hosts told her she had to wait until camp cleared out before attempting to move here again. they were about 3/4 of the way around the loop, long way to go the wrong way to get out and not cause a head on crash with another camper
