    She loves to go. Built like a small tank. Not a little yappy ankle biter. But pugs don't do well in summer heat (common for most short snout dogs) and she swims like a rock.

    By hand signals only, my pug will sit, stay. Then I put a treat on the floor in front of her. She won't move until I signal her that it's okay to get the treat. IDK maybe your relatives are the stupidest dog trainers ever.:D She knows several hand signals, lots of voice commands and stupid tricks.

    Actually the pug is the wife's dog. The 2 chow's outside were mine but they both died in the past year. The pug is all we have right now. I miss my big dogs.
