I used to have a couple of those. After moving around so much in the past 10 years I've seem to have lost them all though

 

Without something beside it for scale, it was hard to tell how big that crawdad is. But it looks as big as a lobster!

Before the great internet The notaries would take a trip to the DMV in Harrisburg depending on business a few times a week .

You had your paper work back in a few days rather then weeks.

Computers are great to they break!

 

Customer came to get the flower holders and guess what? They said they are heavier than they thought and ask could we add more holes

 

Tell them extra holes are extra price

 

I remember those days, every time the notary said Harrisburg the bill went up.

 

Dumpster finds. Everyone needs a 17” funnel and a free 1 gallon gas can.

 

Some folks may laugh about dumpster/curbside scavenging -- I'm laughing too sitting here in my solid wood rocker that would be $200 in a furniture store and was free on the side of the road.

Yep... have a couple that the Father-in-law received while working at McMillan-Bloedel in the 70s.

its not easy finding 1 gal jug for cheap! Free is best price.

we found a set of book shelves by dumpster put some old english on them, sold the couple days later at yard sale for $60. Really were in good condition. I laughed and said it was prob to family member of the person that dumped them

I found a basically new 24" carpenter square tool still had sticker on it, just had a couple sharpie marks on it. Looked better than mine that had rust on it
