Spring Into The trails Run

Boundary Rd to Hogsback

These trails are rated level 1 to 2. Can be stock capable with all terrain tires when using the bypasses but still some fun challenging spots if you have some experience.

Possibility for pin stripping or scratches from branches.


Requirements: 4WD may be necessary and All terrain tires are recommended


Starting Location: 38 Coates Rd E, Oshawa, ON L1H 7K4


When: Saturday, June 4th 2022 at 10am


there’s about 46km of dirt and about 14km of pavement. Could do it between 2-4 hours


Things you should/may want to bring: lunch or snacks, drinks, recovery gear, walkie talkie.


All though this is listed as a intermediate run please know yours and your vehicles limits and do things at your own risk

Hey everyone
Trail update:

Went through the rest last night and cleared some branches, there passiable but some spots are tight if you don’t know the size of your truck.

If your coming Saturday make sure your comfertable driving through tighter spots and might come in handy to bring some type of saw to cut branches if you want to make some more room.

 

If it's a reman caliper, make sure all the bolts holding the two caliper halves are tight. (Apparently they are loose out of the box often enough to warrant a pro-tip from South Main Auto.)

hmm interesting. I have a warranty on-route but that's worth checking before i tear it out and replace it. Appreciate the tip!

 

Was good time, the last part was definitely a nice surprise.

And we should go to muddys next time.
