Pfft I'm not at dad bod yet, but I'm teetering on the edge if I don't get my gym routine back to what it was pre-covid/baby

 

I think my saving grace is that I mostly eat pretty healthy at home since my wife is vegetarian, maybe once a month or so at lunch for work I'll get a burger or something

I snack like a mofo though at my desk
