I suppose that's another aspect of sitting too long. Some players can heal up. But others - with a potentially bad 'ongoing' injury - could be forced to the sidelines. Lots of players push on, in the playoffs, with some brutal injuries. But they use momentum and advancement as motivation. If you're banged up bad....and sit that long....that could be a total disaster.

Not a huge fan of the guy but he's been very good in the playoffs. He's fun to watch.

shaping up to be a typical high scoring Western conference game, open lanes in the neutral zone, actual defense breaks out on occasion….

 

My Oilers won't survive. I had a 9 second glimmer of hope....in the 1st Period. But they're toast. Avs in 4 games.....you heard it here

Oilers will win a game or two at least. I would wait if I were you lol

 

It's 7 to 3....Avs have 30 shots, and the Oilers have 19. And there's a LOT of this game left.. I was shocked that the Oilers made it this far. And I'm pretty sure they are too

 

7-4 now and it doesn’t matter how many goals are scored, it’s just one game! Has no bearing on the next game.

 

Well...we'll see. But the Oilers have VERY shaky goaltending (and Defense). And the Avs are an offensive powerhouse.

My 'Hockey' Year was made, when the Oilers kicked the fLamers to the curb. That's LITERALLY all I wanted. So.....if they actually pull off 1 win, against the Avs.....I'll be shocked!

 

I went to game 7 last night place was rockin, i moved last year from NY to NC nice to see the blueshirts get the win

I live just outside of charlotte so it was a drive but was nice to see the pnc area never been before, did not expect to see a good 20% or more rangers fans in the crowd. I supported the team, stopped by the gift shop and picked up a canes hockey stick toy for my dog to shred lol

 

Yeah lot of transplants here. Just try leaving all the bad stuff you left NY for back where you found it don’t bring your garbage here lol.
