How many Tacomas have you had?

I think in some cases it’s a brand loyalty thing. My first one was a 86 Toyota truck that went over 200k miles. Years later a 99 extended cab 4 cylinder 5 speed. 2000 PreRunner, 2006 PreRunner, 2006 X Runner. Another 2006 PreRunner Sport. 2007 PreRunner Sport and finally a 2006 base model regular cab truck reminding me of the 1986 model where it began for me. I’ve rented and driven the Gen3 trucks but I felt they lacked performance in stock form. Off topic but look at this just the other day towing the better half of a 76 dodge truck loaded with over a thousand pounds of rocks and wet topsoil.

 

I had a 2018 trd offroad 2wd then got rid of it for my current 2021 trd offroad 4wd. Both in white

 

4, including 1 pre-gen. Will be getting the new one also

 

a 1983 Toyota 4x4 (pre Tacoma) for 100k miles, a 2000 Tacoma SR5 4x4 for 220,000 miles and my current 2018 TRD OR..hoping for 200k+

1982 Toyota corolla, got me hooked on toyotas
1997 tacoma 2.4 5 speed manual 250,000 drove 20 years
2014 tacoma 2.7 auto drove 3 yrs
2021 dclb 3.5 auto will drive til wheels fall off, unless i can trade for 4x4, always wanted one

 

Just one. 5 FJ40's, one 1984 4x4 SR5 extra cab, a FJC and one measly 2015 Taco.

My other trucks were all old school American Iron.

Was finally able to get back into a Toyota Truck. Love this one too!

 

On my second. Both Gen 3 Super White DCSB. First was a 2016 TRD Sport 4X4. My new one is 2022 Off Road 4X4.

 

On my second as well. 1st was a 05 Pre-Runner long bed. Paid 22K new. Sold it this year with 266K miles for 7600 dollars. Second Tacoma is a TRD Pro. Super happy with it.

 

I have had two.. First one did everything I asked but needed more cab...

 

Three. But this one will get passed down to my kids when they start driving. My first was a single cab that I traded in for a Camry. My second was traded in for a SUV to meet my family’s needs better. I purchased my third after driving what was my wife’s Corolla a couple years and couldn’t stand driving a car anymore.
