Little hole in the wall called Maria's Taco's by Vons is really good. That's if you're just wanting a good truck style taco.

Arsenio's has full plates, and they've got places in Fresno, Sanger, and a few more.

 

Oh I forgot to mention it here but GFC confirmed they're making a standalone bed cap. I estimate it's MSRP will be ~$4K for a mid-size truck but that might be wishful thinking. They also said they'd be supporting the 1st gen Tacoma.
