    Your post kind of got lost in the shuffle but great work man. Are you going to use a vertical or horizontal uni ball on the upper arm??

    should be no problem..

    im running 4.625" backspace and stock on 1st gen is 4.5"

    just got done talking with total chaos... they now have alignment tab gussets for the 96-2004 tacomas. they are not listed on the website yet. gonna order mine later this week.

    yeah, $85 is alot for little pieces of metal... but i'm gonna pay it cause i want them and hopefully they will help enough to where i dont have to get an alignment after everytime i go out

    they cost the same as a alignment, so why not...

    Aren't they just piece cut out and tack welded in? I think a few guys made there own. Help ya out from getting ripped off. Talk to Cory (senor tacorojo) He was telling me he gets lifetime alignments from firestone. I'd ask if they work with LT as long as your truck can adjust to factory specs.
