Understandable considering being short handed for a spell. Is your partner back up to whirlwind speed yet?

He’s still doing good and he’s finally getting stuff done from last year too, we have been covered up. He’s cutting 100mm X 3 threads today

Fire inspector just came through. Thank goodness I know him. He said something about the 2 welding cylinders out by themselves, I said they are empty and I'm waiting on the boss to get them filled and they'll be back in the locker. They got onto us years ago so we stuck them in some old lockers. Out of sight, out of mind. They said that was okay :D

Many years ago a guy next door hung himself, they came and were there for a while. A couple of them came over talking to me and they noticed a lock on the inside of the back door. They made us remove it then and there

There frequently is mud where I mow... (Tough going at home, everything is on a hill -- rocks, springs, mud)

The in town lawns are all civilized. ;)

Some of the older houses around here the sinks and washing machines were drained from a separate pipe out into the ditch to not fill the septic tank. Some of you may have seen them like this or have them, I don't know.

My brother used to mow this older ladies yard and hers was that way. I was helping him mow one day and I got a little too close to the wet area and got stuck on his smaller mower. We were able to get it out fairly easy. About 5 minutes later he got stuck, we had to pull it out with the truck :mudding:

He was on an old Ferris like this that was 1/2 a football field long.....

"Green water" drains were common at one time and an excellent way to keep the septic healthy.
I don't know if they are still allowed for new construction, probably not. :notsure:

I was kind of looking for a similar style front mount mower until I saw how large they were in person -- they take about a entire garage bay to store.

That mower was fun to mow with after you got used to it. Going fast and turning around and being so far back felt like you were on a ride at the fair.

The first time I used it I ran into a small walnut tree :anonymous:

They are very much illegal in my area. I wish I had a setup like that at my house. Sticking to one load of laundry per days kinda sucks, especially in the winter where I can have up to three loads to do on the weekend...

Do you have an HE washer or an older one that uses more water? We have an HE one my parents gave us as a wedding gift, it uses very little water compared to the others.

Even with it when it rains a lot and I wash several loads on Sunday you can hear the drain gurgle.

I do have a HE washer; even on "deep water wash" it doesn't use as much as the previous owners Speed Queen.

I found out through the neighbors behind me that whenever they redid the septic system there was a problem of not having enough leach field due to land? Well that was never disclosed to me, FFS! In my county apparently the only new system you can put in is a sand mound type, which a whole setup like that is a cool $35,000...

I let a neighbor try out my ZT, not mowing just idling.

He hit his bird feeder - the only thing in the middle of the yard.:rofl:

I see what you did there

I may be wrong on the sand mound system now that I look at it. Either way, it's a shitty situation... Now just one township over even in the country they have public sewer. Not sure if my township will ever get with the times...
