The bold part is clear: the O2 sensor bungs need to be added by the shop that welds the cats onto the headers.

The 'which are included' is most likely referring to the assembly process, not the parts list of what he is selling. Either way, the shop that welds on the cats will probably just throw them in as part of the cost to do the job if you ask them up front.

Anybody from the first batch of 4.0's have them installed yet? Where's the pics?!?!? I'm getting ancy over here. I put a wood fence up at my house this weekend, so I'm hoping my truck is the project for next weekend! Can't wait to hear how they sound with my Jardine exhaust.

Got my email saying they shipped! Hopefully I'll get them by my day off on Thursday. Anybody do the install alone without an extra set of hands to line things up?

I am very sorry that you feel you were treated badly. However that is not the case at all.

You sent an email to URD stating that you felt you were "overcharged" and asked for a refund. Based on that email I looked into it and concurred and issued the refund you requested in full. I responded to your email with something like OK, or no problem, DONE!!

Now what you have copied here to the forum is not the email I sent you. What you got is a notation placed into the order record that you were automatically copied on and it is a permanent part of the order record in our system for future reference if needed.

It was short as sweet to the point merely stating you contacted URD and you advised you felt your were overcharged. The action we took was to issue you the refund you requested. That was not necessarily directed to you, and it was an update to the order record. It might be from my 23 years of being a lawman and placing very simple direct notations into investigative files.

I am very sorry that this action upset you. It was not meant to at all. Please don't look for some intent on our part to upset you. It is just a short sweet note of your complaint and the action we took to correct it. That way down the road if the accountant cant figure out why the numbers are not matching up, the notation is there to explain it.

There should be two O2 bungs included with the headers. If you did not get them respond to email that you got when you placed your order and let me know you did not get the two bungs in the box with your headers.

I will see that two bungs are sent out to you.

    Sorry about that.
