Cam bolts as someone mentioned. Make sure you mark them with a sharpie before you remove them so you can reinstall them the same way. If you have a silver sharpie, that works well

 

Does it make a difference for power seats too?

Right...the original question I was responding to was asking if the body shop replaced it after repainting the side because I made a joke about "eliminate your pinstripes by denting your door and having a body shape repaint it for you!"

 

LOL! Gotcha - didn't see it was a response to another post. I remember the first time I noticed it on my new 2000 Ranger that I took it back to the dealership because I didn't know what it was.

 

Haha I can imagine that "Ummm excuse me, did you someone do sponge paint on my truck?" If you can find the original post you can see the damage and it's a solid reminder that "stones" are not the same thing as "large ass rocks" ;p

I installed the OEM remote tailgate lock today. I got it for $123 during the extra 10% off sale and it only took about an hour to install. It was easy and god damn is it so much nicer having a tailgate that automatically locks now.

I travel often with young kid and dog so all their shit goes in the bed it’s nice not needing to pull out the actual key anymore.

Good lawd it sits high. Just measured it in the garage after taking it over some speed bumps. Right at 1/2" rake.

Not sure if I like it or if I'm going to pay this weekend to have it taken down a couple notches.

 

I FINALLY installed the BROG attic. It was riding around my backseat for like ever and finally remembered I had it. I thought I broke the metal clip bc it wouldn’t clip in sturdy again but I figured it out. Broke it and then I’m broke it lol

I will have to update after install but finally pulled the trigger on some BD S2 pro ditch lights and a trigger controller for wireless control.

 

Red or green works well too.
