True you did try to send Phillips bulbs over the Morimoto bulbs. But 35W bulbs do not work with 55W ballasts

And like requested here comes the picture flood. I'm about 9 hours away from surgery. Last thing I wanted to be doing was taking pictures and posting them.
But here goes lets start with headlight assemblies. They were shipped stacked atop one another and taped together. With no obvious crush damage to boxes20220531_182051.jpg 20220531_182131.jpg 20220531_182051.jpg 20220531_182131.jpg

Right headlight assembly. Notice box is not crushed or damaged. The side I opened was cut and opened once by me. The other side was cut opened and then resealed. Nicely surrounded by a bed of foam. However the molded mounts on the back of bucked are busted....Much like the right headlight the left headlight is oddly the same. Stay tuned20220531_175238.jpg 20220531_175318.jpg 20220531_175356.jpg 20220531_175410.jpg 20220531_175515.jpg 20220531_175602.jpg 20220531_175735.jpg 20220531_175902.jpg 20220531_175929.jpg 20220531_180045.jpg

Moving on to well bulbs since they were brought up earlier. I do appreciate the effort in the phillips bulb upgrade. However I have 55W ballasts not 35W ballasts. These are clearly 35W bulbs. And were opened prior to me. Like the headlights and everything else...Onto say projectors next20220531_183147.jpg 20220531_183226.jpg 20220531_183240.jpg

Again it looks like the boxes were opened prior to me. One more than another by the shape of the box. Both D2S projectors are missing the high beam shutter solenoids. Without these there's no high beam functionality on projector. Also one had its20220531_185207.jpg 20220531_185239.jpg 20220531_185301.jpg 20220531_185343.jpg 20220531_184838.jpg 20220531_184739.jpg 20220531_184249.jpg 20220531_184544.jpg 20220531_184613.jpg 20220531_190542.jpg hardware in morimoto packaged baggie and other just had hardware floating around loose in the box with no little baggie.

This photo is from Morimoto website showing missing harness that should have come with the projector

Ok there will be more to come but I literally have surgery in about 7 hours and would like to get a decent sleep before waking my ass up bright and early.

Thus far that addresses the broken headlight assemblies, wrong bulbs, projectors and their missing harnesses vital to their function.

When I get back in front of computer again I will address the used looking nature of the Morimoto Motocontrol harness, demon eye missing parts, ballast condition, the xbt controller and its missing harness for the demon eye.

I'm obviously not full of it as I have the photo proof. And after a year plus I damn sure did not do anything to damage what I have in front of me after patiently waiting for it. Nor did I throw away any of the missing parts or wiring harnesses. Please just do the right and honorable thing here.

Also for the record. I'm not trying to be accusatory of intentional wrong doing here. I could certainly see someone overlooking the xbt controller missing a harness when packed at factory. Or someone forgetting to put a demon eye bracket in a box. But issue after issue after issue. C'mon man.

I will make it right. Nothing is used in that whole order and I packed with a bunch of packing peanuts so nothing was just loose. That’s how TRS packs them

Refused? I don't believe that crap. If you didn't pay for insurance, then you have the problem with damaged packages during shipment. Insurance should cover the damages since you said you paid for insurance.. I bet you want to keep customers' money to buy more stuff so you can restock for assembly.

You are here posting on this forum, where are the refunds? You are wasting their time. You said you want to make it right, then you can start making it right by sending them refunds now for keeping them waiting so long. If you don't, then you will lose business fast. Plus you failed big time because a guy mentioned a few posts above who paid for expedited service.

Wow.. you want to keep money instead... Unbelievable. I am glad I didn't order your service for my lights.. Now, we know you are full of shit because you broke promise for refund to Sterdog which it's mentioned on first post.. They can start legal action on you if you don't give them refunds. If you don't want that happen, then you better start sending refunds out to them now. We don't want to hear you say "I don't have money to send refunds".... In that case, it's not our problem... you are responsible to make them happy and make it right. That's very simple thing to do so. If you don't send refunds, then that means you aren't making it right..

Nope. Not until he makes it right by sending refunds out to them.

If you appreciate the opinion refund the people who want to be refunded. As far as I'm concerned you're fucked out of a no refund policy sure some may want the lights still and all but I know some of us would rather not deal with your bullshit and lies and want to be untied from your devious fucking ways
