I know I'm 8 pages late to the party, but my first thoughts are Meso Stage 1 to fix the tail lights, tag light shrouds to fix the backup camera at night, and at least for my manual truck get a new knob to fix that god-awful stock knob. Maybe some mud flaps too.

I did tufskinz mudflaps. I also heard good things about Rekgen and Rokblokz.

Mine came with the predator steps but I decided on some 2nd gen running boards instead.

Mine cost $1000 for the paint correction and coating for the 3 year warranted one. Prices go up for longer protection. They also removed all swirls and imperfections.

    A bunch..and no build thread!
I tried that, then I left my laptop in the truck and it had TW up on the browser. My truck then told me it needed all the things.

Why are you so butt hurt by my statement? I'm guessing you either just paid off a low interest loan early or the math confuses you.

And you realize how silly that rationalization is? "I'm going to throw $20k to pay off this loan so I have money to save for something". Lol, makes total sense.

Let me try to explain this to you and the other guy who clearly doesn't get it. In this these times of high inflation the money you would pay up front now is worth more than that same dollar amount plus interest by the end of the loan. Inflation ration is 8% which is double what most people are paying on an auto loan right now. You're not saying money, you're giving away value for free...unless you have an apr above 8%.

In that case you need to pull the fuse for the DCM, like I did, to sever the truck's connection to the hive-mind.

Only thing that takes a little work is hammering off the washer on the bolt with an oversized socket so you can sandwich the the tie down between it and the bolt head. It's pretty minor though.

I am not butt hurt.. I know how the loan works.... I was talking about personal decision on whether to pay off the loan or not..

I don't need anyone to give me advice or permission on loan to keep making payment or pay off. It is my decision to pay off... Not yours.

You want to pay the payments on my other vehicle for me? No? Then keep your mouth shut.

I don't care if anyone has loan or pay it off... It's their decision on paying it off.

Agreed. If you want to pay off your loan or not is up to you. Mine at 2% is only $35 per month in interest so it’s worth it to me to hold the cash and use it to invest. I can easily make more than $35 per month only investing a portion of the cash. Different strokes for different folks.

Mud flaps must be an option for some states. Their mandatory here. Every vehicle i ever bought had mud flaps.

They aren’t in the southeast, but they really seem necessary. Rocks love to stick in the stock tires then fling out up the side of the body once you hit the interstate.

My truck had mudflaps but I took them off before I went to the park for off road trails. I keep flaps in the box in the storage with bubble wrap each flap.

my 22 is my 3rd, 3rd gen so I ordered several items I had on my last truck to install as soon as it came in. It is a LB SR5 so I installed covers for the chrome rear bumper corners, a black trim piece to replace the chrome trim on the grill, black covers for the chrome emblems, maxpider molded floor mats, organizers for the glove box and console, rokblokz mud flaps, sumo springs, Leer 122 with the single window option, and later this month my katzkin graphite leather with gray stitching will be installed with heaters.

Absolutely! Thanks.. I’ve been wanting some of these! The center console has a lot of space, but is pretty unusable the way it is.

I vetoed the $245 floormats (and $2k in other stuff) from the build sheet on my truck when it was in transit and found some new TRD PRO all weather mats for less than half .......it would have been the uggggly factory OR wheels first but took longer to find good price on wheels......
    NEW ones here

How did you veto things that were on your build sheet? I didn’t know that was even possible.

some of the options are added when it comes to a secondary assembly plant, since I put money down on it before it got there I could have stuff not added that was to be done there.....other regions may or may not do this......the dealer was pre selling vehicles before they were even started to be built
