No worries, 6’1 180 with a metabolism that burns through/away muscle and or fat like a goose shits. 4 shakes gets me roughly 100 grams and I get the rest through my three meals. I doubt that I’m getting more than 65/70 grams through what I eat daily, I might be but I doubt it.

    Are you counting?

IMO if you diet includes animal products and a main protein source at 3 meals then its not hard to hit 150g just from that.

Id count to make sure you just arent wasting money on whey.

Protein intake can be great but without fat and overall calories its not going to make much of a difference.

I eat 2-3 meals a day and can easily hit my 160g a day. I’m not one of those eat all day kind of people.

I have in the past but I’ve slacked off, and that’s good advice, I need to take the time and do just that.

    Doesnt hurt to check.

FWIW I hate eating what I have to most days (mid to high 3,000 cals a day). I just go for higher calorie foods like full fat meats and dairy products. Eggs are great too. I cut out the high volume low calorie stuff.

Damn dude! If I had 4 protein shakes a day I’d be puking daily! I’ll have 1 sometimes at night when I don’t feel like eating dinner but know I need something, but it always makes me feel queasy. I tend to agree with @PackCon though, as long as I’m eating a relatively balanced diet I can hit 160–180g easily. I usually shoot for 200g of protein but not very strict about it.

Yeah 160-180 is pretty easy. I shoot for 30-40g of protein/meal and do 4 meals a day with a protein shake during the day and then a casein shake at night.

Yes (though these days walking around at about 230, i am smol), yes (despite meme culture, it is a serious compound), and it's not that bad pinning yourself lol...until you nick an artery/vein, taste it in your throat, get the cough and almost pass out LOL...that only happened once though. HRT is like .3ml 2x a week easy peasy.

Probably shoulder. Apparently there’s a ton of receptors in there so it’s “better” to inject there

but these needles aren’t small. I couldn’t imagine doing it in a muscular area like that

That was a quad shot. Lol. Back then twisting to inject my own glute was too hard.

That's OK, I'm terrified of those tubes of like biscuit dough that pop when you peel the paper.

$30/piece. Called around a bunch or breweries. Had no idea how hard they are to get a hold of empty/used
