Anyone need OEM 2nd Gen LCAs with bad ball joints? Happy to bring them with me if somebody wants them for whatever reason.

Making ANOTHER offer on a house today. +15k over asking, but pending inspection (anything over $5k repair-wise, we will cover), pending VA Appraisal, but we'll put in up to 10k if the appraisal comes in low.

It's on the north side of aberdeen - 9 miles from work. Unreal to think i could drive to work two weeks on a tank a of gas. Right now it's two days between fill-ups.

Dude you are awesome for selling these things at those prices. I have the Borla (40665) but just the muffler on my 4Runner. The OEM one rotted out last year, so I sought the opportunity to upgrade while it needed to be replaced anyways. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking of getting one!

I appreciate it, I like to think I’m pretty fair

I hoped the Borla would work on my truck but its for a Turd gen tacoma. I could make it work but I dont think its worth the trouble so i’m probably going to order a magnaflow after I get done pissing myself off with the Borla again :anonymous:

my aFe Power catback just rotted completely in half after almost 9 years and probably 70k miles or more. It sounds pretty bad now. It snapped off right at the back of the muffler and the entire inside of the muffler itself is rotted out so it sounds like a trumpet

"Like a trumpet." My OEM muffler rotted at the end of 2020/beginning of 2021 and started leaking fumes into the cabin while on a road trip. That was not a fun time. But the cool part about it was that it gave me the opportunity to upgrade, and so I did. The Borla is really nice, sounds good during acceleration and doesn't have any drone at high speeds. Gives it a nice little voice compared to the OEM muffler. I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did, like 19 years!

What's the plan for replacing the cat back?

My buddy up the road from me here on the mountain had this guy at his chicken coup this morning. The chicken food attracts bears, snakes and the chickens themselves attract coyotes. This is why I don't have chickens.

Yes. You can be held responsible for stuff that you can claim “is not your fault”. Something along the lines of distribution of a “Faulty product and or “Creating a public nuisance.” For example:

Toyota runaway acceleration. Some of the issue stemmed from people driving with both feet. Getting excited hitting both the gas and brake and crashing. Also the floor mats (I am a proud owner of a Tacoma with a trimmed gas pedal). It was up to Toyota to solve the issue. Telling people to drive with one foot did not cut it.

Boeing 737 Max falling out of the sky. It can be contended that lack of experience of the pilots contributed to the crashes. However Boeing is taking the fault.

Opioids. Cigarettes. How many people were “made” to take them? Self control?
