    Yes. vF Tune has support issues in some areas. This one was completely on you for which you are now shitting everywhere about it.

    While I sympathize with your situation and frustrations, could I please request that this thread remain more closely related to YotaWerx Tuning tune services and associated help, rather than venting about VFTuner's policies? I cannot directly do anything to help you with your specific issue unfortunately, and I would prefer to not see this thread shutdown if the moderators decide that this has gotten too out of hand.

    The best advice in this situation that anyone can give is to submit a ticket to the VFTuner Zendesk requesting assistance.

    I've had 3-3rd gens since Feb '21. I've had all 3 tuned. First 2 with OV 2.0. Newest truck started with the same and now has YotaWerx/Nexus N/A-AD. @mZiggy has been great to work with. Always quick to respond and answer any questions. I've already turned multiple people towards YotaWerx/Nexus (asking no finders fee WINK!). I like to give credit where credit is due. All the flashes/unlocks/tunes have been seemless thanks to @tonered

    I totally see where you are coming from but people should be aware this is a possibility before deciding wether or not to dish out $700 and I understand that you are not Mat but you are inherently linked to his product so it seems like a relevant issue to discuss here.
