You mean you need to go 37’s right? I had my 35’s on with all of the fiberglass and it gave me a “I’m about to puke” feeling. So I took the hard way out and made the 37’s fit.

The oval things? No idea not with my pivots.
Stock arms? You could probably try all the way forward.

Pretty sure the oval pieces are because the 2nd and 3rd gen have different size rear LCA bolts. You would slide those into the LCA tabs if your bolt is the smaller of the 2 to take up the slop.
Shock preload is whatever you want to maintain the height you want. Pivot kit doesn’t care
I think good Alignment numbers are. 4-6 degrees of caster.
0 camber if most of your miles are road. -.75 to -1 camber for dirt driving.
Toe 1/8 inch in total….1/16 inch in per side.
    OEM bushings for stock. LCA’s

Close, but not quite. My guess is what Tom said about the rear LCA bolt.

no, @Airdog was right. They are for the rear cam bolts on a 2nd Gen because they are smaller.

damn, my mistake. I thought they fit in the top part of the limit strap mount. My bad! They’re like identical in shape and size.

All of this info is correct. The LCA pivot kit is an older design where we allow you to select the oval chips based on second or 3rd Gen. the 2nd Gen uses a 9/16” rear bolt and the 3rd Gen uses a 5/8” bolt. We have since changed the design to only use the larger 5/8” bolt because it’s really simple to ream out the second Gen OE bushing to 5/8”

The front bolts are all 3/4” however somewhere in mid production of the 3rd Gen Toyota increased the size of the front cam bolt by about 2mm. My suggestion is if you are changing bushings you should just purchase complete 2nd Gen arms and ream the back bushing to 5/8”. This will be the most cost effective and easiest thing to do and finding new 3rd Gen arms with bushings installed is almost impossible. Trying to replace OE bushings is a huge pain in the ass even with all the proper tools.

As for the cams shown in the pic they are zinc coated and nothing needs to be done other then add some grease during assembly so preforming the alignment is easier.

I respectfully disagree, I’ve done quite a few trucks with the same glass he has, 35’s and +4 kits... they all look really good if you keep them sitting low

I just feel like once you’re on 37’s you just can’t go back. Idk, it just doesn’t look as good in my personal opinion.

Yeah and 40’s always look better than 37’s :) there is no question 37’s will always look better, all I was saying was 35’s, +4 and glass still looks really good. Where are all my supporters... @Evenflow @Airdog @zcweisman @sicki @TACOJON @RonRon23

Yup....i'm sure 35's are the biggest i'll ever go on this truck. Its got the stance I was always looking for. Matter of fact if it wasnt right where I want to be with 4.5 inches of shock shaft showing at ride height Id consider an even lower stance.
