Favorite, not necessarily because of the usefulness, more so because of whose it was and what it is.

My grandpa's Patent Pending 1/2" Craftsman socket driver.

    Still works beautifully.

LIGHTS and lots of them!! About 900 full led RGB fixtures for just this one tv studio. We have 14 studios.

View from the lighting grid above a TV studio where they talk about a lot of sports.

    Non entry-

My lighting console used to control all of those lights. Each individual studio has 1 of these.

My office: each studio has a video control room like this. This is separate from the main control rooms that you see on TV, with 25 people yelling. I sit by myself in here instead. This is just for the studio space. Control lighting, robotics, automation and winch systems, moving wall systems, led displays color correction, along with camera color correction live during the shows.

Ehh... Here's some more cuz I'm here and walking around. Not many live studio shows this afternoon cuz of hockey and baseball games being played. Quiet day here. I'm just here to help oversee a Monitor wall Installation.

Different studio different view- bet you can't guess what show comes out of here lol. Hint, look at the desk lol.

Our of our many winches which is used to hoist one of our many hanging LED displays in each studio. 10 ton winch going through 1 group multiplier pully and then a reduction pully for each contact point. 22ft wide display using 4 cables to lift with 12 points on contact. 10hp so this thing is designed to move fast when raising or lowering the display.

Entry: Dead blow hammer. I've called this my favorite tool for years, cause nothing is more satisfying than smacking something that needs to be smacked using a hammer that transfer all of its energy into the blow. It makes me smile every time I use it. :)

All good ones this week, I’m a sucker for classics though so I have to go with the old Craftsman!
