Sounds like a new cv boot though and how they squeak for a bit. Maybe something stuck in your wheel or rotors? Would think bearing would have more of a grinding sound

Nope nothing is stuck I took everything apart last night hoping that was it and still making the noise. Makes noise going straight and a failing cv makes noise turning. Also noise goes away when I apply the brake. I’ll take the other side apart for shits and giggles tomorrow. But I’m 99% sure it’s coming from driver side and bearing only thinking that makes sense

When I had a bad wheel bearing I could make it growl by swerving on the road. Mostly sounded like a really aggressive mud terrain that would change pitch swerving

    This^^^^^

Swerving rt loads the left bearing and swerve left loads the rt. If the noise gets louder or quieter when you load one of the bearings you can pinpoint which one. They aren't always loose to make noise.

I’ve decided I’m going to swap out my leaf pack. I can’t deal with the squeaking! I know I could change the pads but, rather just get new and sell old. Currently running Dakar med that I added a leaf to in order to make heavy. I also have a one inch block. To get the height correct. Goal is to lose block and only have leaf. I have a Decked system in back with gear, bed rack and RTT. Suggestions?

Id like to come out and ride with you guys if this happens I'm only about an hour and a half form HP. But my truck is all stock with a spacer lift. Would I be able to hang? I haven't been there in 6 or 7 years and that was just to ride their track back when I used to race quads.

If they ride at Hawk Pride you can come ride with me to see if its something you want to do. Nothing is impossible but I would want a good built truck to ride there.

I kind of assumed that because I remember a bunch of buggies and crawlers were there.

I really appreciate it and I'm sure it would be a killer ride in that sami but I don't want to impose. I'm sure there is someone else you would rather have ride along than some random guy off the web

There are always empty seats. I'm sure someone will have one.

Not imposing at all, I have had people ride a couple trails with me and decide they want to try their truck and it does fine. Just don't want to have someone think their truck isn't capable because someone says it may not be.

If you don't have sliders and full armor im going to say i wouldn't take the truck out on the trails. I mean main trails might be ok but all the actual trails are rough. Id hate for you to break like an oil pan or something or crush a door panel. There's ALOT of this.

Well I do appreciate it and if it happens I might take you up on it. After what Brian said and that video no chance mine could hang lol. unless somehow in the next month I get off my ass and get that skid plate from Brian, build a trans / tcase skid and a set of sliders. Lets be honest I dont have that kind of motivation right now
