Soooo I’ve been having fun…. Not. Washes the truck the other day with some stuff that had ceramic wash in it. Well apparently truck was still a little hot and it hazed all over the truck. I’ve been learning how to use a buffer. She’ll be pretty when I’m finished

Me too ... just finished our only load plan for tonight. Plane will be here in 6 hrs...wonder what my total accumulated time spent waiting on planes to arrive is over 38.5 years?

 

Ok, I never been in a bar fight or thrown out of a bar, but I have diffused/prevented a few. I turned 18 (legal beer drinking age in VA at the time) March of my senior year in HS. I was working in the produce dept for a Ukrops Supermarket. I worked with this little fellar, Dave Goodman, who was 3-4 yrs older than me. When I say little fellar, he was 'bout 5'2" & 130 lbs max. But he had the funniest sense of humor and loudest smartass mouth of anyone I've ever known. Now at 18yo I was 6'2" & 210lbs, not huge, but Dave and I looked like Mutt & Jeff together. There where many times from March to October '83 when Dave and I would be out in some bar and I'd hear "Rob, help!" Without fail, Dave would have said something funny and some dude failed to see the humor in it...I'd hafta bring a calming presence to the scene and talk down the offended person(s). It's a wonder none of the situations ever came to blows or bounces...reckon my gift of gab is bigger than my actual size.

Boring I know, but that's the best I got.
