Thought I got over this years ago but now I know I was just fooling myself… I hate working on Mondays. Gets in the way of the stuff I started over the weekend

Wife and I are going to get a tenderloin biscuit. Think I'm gonna take the day off. I got a lot done in the yard yesterday.

As far as I've got. Started checking out the kittens that are out and about.

 

I'm waiting until you get everything replaced before I buy that 4Runner off of you.

 

I have close to 3k in the old turd after the clutch and other parts replaced
Maybe when the snow flies I can sell it off and get most my $$ out of it
I need my head examined thinking

I'd take 3k for it, just to get cash back out of it. Not worried about my labor....it's just something I like to inflict on myself

 

I'm thinking 17-19 High Countrys, At4, Denali or the 17-18 precursor to the At4 the All-Terrain. I dont like that the high country, denali come with 20" wheels. I would have to change those.

I want this to be a 6-8 year truck for me so really anything GM over 75k miles is out.

It's certainly solid body and frame wise. It's just no more than a good beater though in my opinion. The dash is cracked, ignition switch is sketchy so previous owner put a push button in, the sunroof I prefer not to even try...the rear window and back gate function properly as do all the windows, lights, signals, wipers etc. The carpet pretty trashed. Oil leak marks It's spot on the driveway.

 

That oil leak prevents this from happening.............

Tire date is 1218 but show signs of crack dry rot.

 

I will give all proceeds to my daughter for down payment plus tax, title and license for her to buy a new Rav4.

 

Now to convince the wife, remove the rust off my MT skills and somehow get it from NE to OH with gas higher than a kite!
