2009 TRD OR 4x4 DCSB. I've had the alignment check twice, the tires have already been rotated. Truck pulled before and after alignment. Bearings replaced with Blue Pit bearings in 2016. Tires inflated the same. Has anyone else experienced this and what would be your first item to check? Also, no sounds of rubbing from the caliper.

    Did you balance the tires?

I'd like to add that it doesnt pull hard. Its just that I've driven it for 13 years and notice that I can't go as straight and as far with no hands on the wheel as I used to.

From the ground to the bottom of the wheel well on the driver side at the center of the hub is 2' 10 1/4". Its 2' 10 7/8" on the passenger. So, its sagging a bit on the driver side but wouldn't it be pulling to the left in that case? Also, is that within spec?

    I have had experience this.
It was my wheel bearing. At first it was just a pull and then a noise.

And these were assemblies with Koyo bearings from a reputable builder.
They only lasted 34k miles. At first I just didn’t want to believe it. And even thought maybe my steering rack was bad?

Sometimes the bearing just don’t make it as long as we’d like:confused:

BTW, I’m not bashing the builder. For all I know it might have been me, my truck or just bad luck as to why the bearing went bad?

Did they give you a printout of the alignment, so you had actual eyes on the toe and center measurements?

Otherwise I agree with bearings. Take it for a good 20 minute drive then use an IR temperature gun to check brake calipers, drums, and wheel hubs. Find the part that's running hotter than the others.
